Blackhawk is a renewable energy research and design company dedicated to improving wind energy technology.  It's first product, the TR-10, combines helicopter rotor technology with vertical axis wind turbines, resulting in the first major advancement in wind turbine design since 1931 (patent pending).  10 pre-production units have been manufactured and are out in the field undergoing rigorous testing.  The company is poised to take it to the next level and is currently raising capital to be used for product hardening and improvement, R & D expansion into new products and overall corporate logistics.
